Every customer wants a different product experience.
Usivity lets your customers personalize
your app in plain language.
- Layers over your app, with one script tag
- Never touches your backend, code or data
- Reads live data from the APIs you approve
The request sounds small. The cost never is.
Before anyone writes a line of code, resources have to be dedicated to understanding the request, sizing and prioritizing it, and deciding. That time is gone even when the answer is no. And the requests don’t stop.

Give the requests somewhere else to go.
Most of what customers ask for is about how your product looks and shows their data: a column, a sort, a highlight, a chart.
- Customers make those changes themselves, inside your product.
- Nothing touches your code or your data.
- Your roadmap keeps the work only your team can do.
How a request works with Usivity.
- 1
They ask.
In plain language, right where they work: “Sort the deals by value, highest first.”
- 2
It changes, just for them.
The change layers over your app in seconds, just for them. Everyone else’s view stays the same.
- 3
You learn what they need.
Your product team gets feedback straight from the people using the product: every request, in their words, including the ones your product can’t do yet.
Frequently asked questions.
What is Usivity?
Usivity is an AI-powered product experience platform for B2B SaaS companies. It lets the people using your product personalize how information is displayed for them, just by asking in plain language. Users type requests like “highlight deals over $50k” and see the change instantly, only for themselves and only where you allow it. Usivity works as a layer over your app, so there are no code changes and a smaller feature-request backlog. Built-in product analytics show you what customers actually want, including what your product can’t do yet. Every request becomes a signal for building a roadmap that drives revenue.
What is personalization?
A change one person makes to how your product looks or works for them: hiding columns, highlighting deals over $50k, adding a chart, exporting a filtered table. It applies to their view only and never touches your code.
Who is Usivity for?
B2B web apps where people work in tables, lists and dashboards, and where your teams keep hearing “can it look or work differently for us?”. Licenses start at 50 user seats. Usivity isn’t offered yet for EU or UK personal data, health information covered by HIPAA, card data or government ID numbers.
What kinds of requests can customers make?
Formatting and highlighting, sorting, filtering and grouping, hiding and reordering columns, calculated values, charts and KPIs, progress indicators, renamed or translated labels, personal notes and one-click exports. It can’t change your data, business logic or permissions.
How does deployment work?
Your engineers add one script tag and sign each user’s ID and email on your server with HMAC-SHA256. Then, in the Usivity portal, you allow your domains and choose the zones Usivity can change. The script tag takes minutes, and domains and zones take an hour or two. Most integrations take a few hours to a day.
Do our users need a Usivity login?
No. Your server signs each user’s identity, so Usivity recognizes them with no sign-in. There are no end-user passwords.
What controls does my team have?
Zones: the parts of each page Usivity can change, set by CSS selector. Data sources: the only APIs it can read, read-only. Access: which users get Usivity, whether they see the button, and whether they can make their own changes or only apply what your team sends. One switch turns it off for everyone.
What are the safety and data boundaries?
Personalizations change only what renders in the user’s browser and never write to your backend. Before page content goes to the AI (Google’s paid Gemini API), common personal data such as emails, phone numbers, card and bank numbers, Social Security and tax ID numbers, dates and street addresses is redacted in the browser and again on our server. Other text, such as names and amounts, is sent so the AI understands the page. Page content isn’t stored, and no customer data trains AI models.
What if the AI gets a request wrong?
The person who asked sees the result straight away and can switch it off or ask again. A request Usivity can’t do inside your zones is declined and logged for your team. What the AI returns is never run as code: the SDK carries out only the changes built into it. AI isn’t perfect, so check a personalization before anyone relies on it for critical work.
What does it cost?
$39 per team member a month, plus $2.00 a month per user seat. A seat covers each user with a personalization, including ones your team sends. You choose your seats, from 50, as an annual license.
Your customers get a product that fits. Your roadmap stays yours.
